Signal Light Tower

The Signal Light Tower sold by ServersCheck is an add-on to the Monitoring Software for enabling visual and audio alerting upon system or environmental failure. It is a device connecting via TCP/IP (serial port tunneling) to the host running the ServersCheck Monitoring Software.

When all monitors are OK, a continuous green light will be shown. When one or more monitors have a WARNING status, then the light will switch to amber. If one or more monitors have a DOWN status, then the light will either change to:
- continuous red with no sound
- continuous red with audible alert (85dB at 1m)
- flashing red light with no sound
- flashing red light with audible alert (85db at 1m)

The Signal Light Tower provides visual alerting of general status of all monitors defined so that one entering the room where the tower is located can immediately see the status of his monitoring.

The Signal Light Tower requires the ServersCheck Monitoring Software 7.13 or higher.
