Free Initial Support Don't have a support agreement? We understand that you might need a quick help in the right direction. To make this possible, we have created this support option. Users without support agreement can submit one (1) free support request per company for initial setup issues. Tickets are handled on a first in, first served basis. We do our best to answer your question within the next 2 business days. Incomplete forms, repeat support requests or requests from free email accounts, like Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail and similar, will not be processed. Support requests have to be submitted in English. |
